The eleven Gladstone Mews homes are being sold on the basis of shared ownership leases to people with a local connection.  Initially, buyers will be able to purchase 65% of the open market value, and will be able to increase their share up to 80% later if they so wish,

Purchasers may approach any potential lender, however subject to your individual circumstances.  Because the homes cannot be sold on the open market, and are on a shared ownership basis, some commercial mortgage providers will not lend against these properties.
